UPCOMING EVENTS JANUARY JAZZ Friday, January 9, 2009 7:00-9:00 PM   Save the date for a great evening featuring local jazz group, One More Time, under the direction of Jim Milbrand (retired band director from Central Dauphin H.S.)  More details will be posted here in early January!   BENEFIT CONCERT BY BROCK MEADATH February 13, 2009   Mark your calendar NOW!   More details will be posted as they are available. The concert will benefit Vickie's Angle Walk, a local nonprofit organization that provides assistance to families in our area who are fighting cancer.  For more info go to www.vickiesangelwalk.org   AIM recently sponsored wonderful events:   On July 10, 2008 Calvary hosted the fantastic Tim Zimmerman & the King's Brass! We enjoyed 2 hours of sacred and secular music by the wonderful brass group.  It was an unforgettable night.   Daughters of Calvary Concert  On Sunday, May 11, 2008 three young women shared their gifts of song.  Adrienne Davis-Weatherell, Erin Dias, and Michelle Wertz provided a wonderful Mothers' Day concert! Calvary Cabaret   On Saturday, March 1 , 2008 one hundred-forty attendees enjoyed a delicious four course meal served by talented singing wait staff.  All delighted in a wonderful evening of Disney music!     A Joyous Acclaimation  We all enjoyed an outstanding piano/organ and vocal concert by John L. Schwartz, Michael L. Kuhnert and N. Cameron Chandler on October 7, 2007. Celebration Concert   On May 6, 2007 Calvary welcomed Harpist Elizabeth Asmus as well as our own Thelma Buckingham, Barbara Buckingham, Tom Gallup and the Calvary Choir for a special concert to recognize the opening of our facilities and to dedicate our new grand piano and organ. The beautiful music was followed by a reception and tours of our building. Thanks to the Arts in Ministry Committee for coordinating these special events!
