Calvary Church Arts In Ministry The Calvary Arts In Ministry Committee invites you to enjoy the Fine Arts Cultural Series of Calvary United Methodist Church. Artistic and musical expression, God-given gifts, are to be celebrated and shared. In bringing the following programs and bimonthly art exhibits, the Arts In Ministry Committee strives to expand our experiences in the faith through the Arts. Come and celebrate with us. UPCOMING EVENTS: Check back soon.   AIM recently sponsored wonderful events:   During each of the last three summers we enjoyed Tim Zimmerman & the King's Brass!  We enjoyed 2 hours of sacred and secular music by the wonderful brass group at each performance.  Annual Calvary Cabaret   Each February or March Calvary sponsors a gala dinner and musical review with our own members sharing their talents. Daughters of Calvary Concert  On Sunday, May 11, 2008 three young women shared their gifts of song.  Adrienne Davis-Weatherell, Erin Dias, and Michelle Wertz provided a wonderful Mothers' Day concert!   A Joyous Acclamation  We all enjoyed an outstanding piano/organ and vocal concert by John L. Schwartz, Michael L. Kuhnert and N. Cameron Chandler on October 7, 2007. Celebration Concert   On May 6, 2007 Calvary welcomed Harpist Elizabeth Asmus as well as our own Thelma Buckingham, Barbara Buckingham, Tom Gallup and the Calvary Choir for a special concert to recognize the opening of our facilities and to dedicate our new grand piano and organ. The beautiful music was followed by a reception and tours of our building. Thanks to the Arts in Ministry Committee for coordinating these special events!
