Calvary Church Priscilla Circle Priscilla Circle is the women's group of Calvary Church that meets the 3rd Friday of the month, except June, July and August. Our meetings are typically 9:30 am to 11 am with babysitting provided if needed. We meet to share in Christian fellowship and friendship. Members enjoy doing crafts and working on church projects that help our other church committees as well as the church as a whole. In the past Circle has painted Sunday school rooms, purchased material and helped to make children's choir gowns, etc. Circle members also take time to help in mission projects outside the church. Priscilla members have worked at the Food Bank, held birthday parties at Dauphin Manor, prepared and delivered kits to the YWCA/Women's Shelter and the Neighborhood Center. We would like to thank the congregation for the continued support of the Fox's Market receipt program. If you are not familiar with this program, all you have to do is purchase groceries at Fox's Market and place the sales receipt in the jar located on the shelves in the hallway beside the kitchen. Priscilla Circle then adds the receipts. For every $5000 in receipts, Fox's will donate $50 to Priscilla Circle. Priscilla Circle pledges to use these funds to support Calvary UMC. In the past, Priscilla Circle was able to support the PRAY Church and God Awards for Scouts, provided refreshments for Church Women United, purchased flowers for 6th-8th Grades Youth Group to plant, donated to the Mission of Peace Fund (in support of Ian Park's trip to China), donated funds to be used for Breakfast with Santa, purchased new advent candles to be used in the sanctuary, among many others.
